I whole heartedly believe that Self Expression is Self Care and Self Care is Self LOVE so I am extremely passionate about making things and sharing them with people in a way that positively impacts their lives.
We have become so accustomed to ignoring ourselves, overworking ourselves, hiding ourselves and our accomplishments, accepting stress and overwhelm as a “normal” part of our lives, that we forget that we have the power to do better than that. We too can enjoy the fruits of our labor, resting even if we are not burnt out is totally acceptable, celebrating our accomplishments is healthy, treating ourselves doesn’t have to be taboo and it is okay to slow down.
