Although called an Association, its role and functions were that of a Trade Union and so we do what all other independent and duly registered Trade Unions do which is:
To Generally represent the interest of our members in the workplace and negotiate with employers for better wages / salaries and other conditions of employment. Our main goal therefore is to work towards protecting and advancing the cause of our members.
